Located near Incisa Valdarno is probably the largest fashion designer outlet mall in Europe. Simply called The Mall it offers 24 shops of the most famous brands around like Gucci, Burberry, Giorgio Armani and Ermenegildo Zegna.
Staff at the stores speaks English and is familiar with international sizes. If you need a break from all the shopping you ca can have a drink or nice lunch at the stylish Designer bar restaurant in The Mall
Visiting is easy. Lots of parking places available and even a shuttle service from Florence.
The Mall is opened monday through saturday from 10 am until 7 pm (10:00-19:00)

Driving directions to The Mall Outlet Center
The Mall is located about 5 km from the highway A1, exit Incisa Valdarno.
Coming from the north (Milan / Bologna / Modena): A1 direction Florence. Cross over Florence exits and follow in direction south. Exit the A1 highway at “Incisa Valdarno”. Turn right direction “Ciliegi”. Follow direction Leccio. After the sign “Leccio” the Outlet is on your left.
Coming from the south (Rome / Orvieto / Arezzo): A1 direction Florence. Before you arrive at Florence exit at “Incisa Valdarno”. Turn right direction “Ciliegi”. Follow directions to Leccio. After the sign “Leccio” the Outlet is on your left.
Public transport to The Mall Designer Outlet Center
If you don’t have a car at your disposal there are also ways to get to The Mall by bus or train/taxi. There is SITA bus from Florence main bus station on the north side of Florence Santa Maria Novella train station to The Mall. A one-way ticket will cost about €4.
Another option is to take the train to Rignano Sull ‘Arno which is also aorund €4 per one-way. a taxi from the train station will cost another €10.
